The location is the beautiful East Coast of Corsica at the Costa Serena, with white powdery beaches, in-between Porto - Vecchio and Solenzara. The grounds are located just a few hundred meters from the sea and beach of Favone, on the first elevation, at the foot of the mountains; this offers a number of advantages: It is more tranquil and due to the slight
elevation, offers a spectacular view of the sea.
The park will consist of two segments:
One part of 3 acres shall be used to build 25 Villa's "Vista Mare", all with sea-view. This piece of land is slightly ascending.
One part of 1 acre is used to place 10 Chalets "Moia Vista".
In-between the two grounds is a steep section, offering a natural division of the two segments. The reception, relaxation facilities (also to be used as conference facility), swimming pool and playground will be located at the steeper area; a possibility for a bar will also be created. This location will guarantee a breathtaking view.
The park will characterise tranquility and remoteness. The existing trees will be left untouched, offering a natural form of shade.
We are aiming for the traveler who is inspired by the beauty and culture of Corsica and who prefers spaciously set up accommodation in a natural environment, radiating an ambience of luxury and quality.
